Total Quality Logistics in Greensboro, NC is seeking an on-site Recruiter to own the full candidate search process and partner with an on-site hiring manager. No experience required; we provide best-in-class paid training to set you up for success.

You'll generate high-volume candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods, conduct phone screens, manage the interview process, and document progress in Avature, while pursuing a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.

• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
