Total Quality Logistics is hiring a Recruiter in Greensboro, NC for an in-office, high-energy role. You will manage the full cycle of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, partnering with an on-site hiring manager to meet urgent staffing needs.

You will build relationships, source via multiple methods, and leverage the Avature ATS to document progress. A paid training program supports success, with strong earning potential through bonuses and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with accuracy.
