Job summary

Clarity Care in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will source and interview candidates for all positions, ensure compliance with laws, and onboard new staff while maintaining accurate HRIS records.

You will coordinate college and community recruiting, attend job fairs, and promote our organization as a great place to work, with competitive wages and full benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills and ability to evaluate candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Prior HR experience or education preferred.
• Proficient with HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases, social media, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews and onboard employees.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.
• Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements.

• Keep job postings and openings updated.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
