Clarity Care in Oshkosh, WI is hiring Caregivers to provide direct support in our group home. No experience or certifications are required, and training is provided.

Starting pay is up to $18/hr based on experience, with benefits including paid time off and daily pay options. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meals, housekeeping, and facilitating community activities while maintaining a safe and welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check required by WI Caregiver program.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on caregiving: assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming group home environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare and serve meals following nutritional guidelines and dietary needs.
• Assist members during social and recreational activities and provide needed support.
• Complete all required documentation related to tasks performed.

Provides direct care support to our members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living; bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan. Be comfortable using mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation techniques like in assisted living facilities.Teaches and Guides members in achieving hopes, dreams, goals and objectives through self-direction, decision making, and goal setting.Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.Welcoming Home. Maintains a safe, sanitary and welcoming group home by performing housekeeping (vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom, dusting, bed making and changing linens); and laundry.Prepares and Serves Meals by following general nutritional guidelines, menus, individual dietary restrictions, needs and preferences to ensure consumer health.Community Activities.
