Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Talent Advisor to be onsite in Deerfield, IL, supporting talent attraction and hiring priorities. You will act as an account manager, delivering full cycle recruitment and partnering with Sourcing and TA teams to meet business needs.

The role requires collaboration with hiring leaders to drive DEI recruitment strategies and ensure the right talent is selected for each role, while coaching stakeholders through the process and delivering timely candidate reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• High-volume recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business.
• Act as an account manager delivering full cycle recruitment (screening, short-listing, interviewing, selection) in partnership with Sourcing and TA team.
• Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead DEI recruitment strategies for inclusive pipelines.
• Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected.
• Assist stakeholders with on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities.
• Demonstrate understanding of the business and participate in discussions to assist talent delivery.
• Partner with HR to create a positive recruitment experience for stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.

We are assisting our client in hiring a Talent Advisor who will sit ONSITE in the Deerfield, Illinois office to assist with attracting talent and supporting hiring priorities.

What you will do:

• -Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
• -Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
• -Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment strategies that result in an inclusive candidate pipeline
• -Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
• -Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
• -Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
• -Partner with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
• -Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities

What you will bring:

• -Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• -3+ years of experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
