Interdynamics,-In in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Recruiter with mental health recruiting experience to drive staffing strategies and oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple requisitions. This on-site role offers 40 hours per week and a compensation range of $60,000–$65,000 annually, plus standard benefits.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage offers and terms. Strong negotiation and knowledge of talent management are highly valued.

• Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Manage placement of candidates for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Work on projects with short timelines while meeting productivity demands.
• Team with recruiters to manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offers.
• Conduct salary negotiations and review employment terms with selected candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Ability to manage placement of candidates for 5-10 requisitions at a time
• Ability to work on projects with short timelines - Must adhere to productivity demands
• Team with recruiter(s) to m anage the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing to offers
• Salary n egotiations and review of employment terms with selected candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection

Experience:
