Job summary

MHA (Mental Health Association) seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our on-site HR Recruitment team in Chicopee, MA. The role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment across departments, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain ATS data while supporting workforce initiatives in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of full-cycle Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Experience using ATS, Microsoft Office, and HRIS platforms.
• Comfortable discussing compensation, benefits, and employment opportunities with candidates.
• Spanish fluency is a plus; valid driver’s license and local travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Extend employment offers and facilitate onboarding activities, including HRIS onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and support workforce initiatives.

Association (MHA) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources Recruitment team. Working alongside another Recruiter under the direction of the HR Recruitment Manager, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the organization while collaborating with hiring managers to attract talented, mission-driven professionals who make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to an organization where every hire supports a greater purpose.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Pay Range: $25.00-$25.00 per hour

Location: This position is 100% on-site in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
