Verkada is seeking a Recruiter to partner with our Marketing leaders and drive full-cycle recruiting for current and future offices. This on-site role at our San Mateo, CA headquarters emphasizes high-visibility collaboration with marketing teams and other departments to attract top talent.

You will manage sourcing, screening, and closing for critical roles, leveraging data to influence hiring decisions and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role

As our Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.
• Strong ability to influence with data.
• Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
• Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
• Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

$115,000 - $150,000 USD
