The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence hiring strategies across critical functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience of filling entry to mid-level roles.
• Proven ability to deliver significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates.
