How you make a difference
The Recruiter I is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both non‑exempt and exempt positions in a high‑volume environment, in accordance with the guidance of TA Leadership. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications and requirements of the open positions. The Recruiter I must maintain strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive recruitment activities and establish recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with hiring managers and educate them on the recruitment process
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams
- Verify qualifications, credentials, and perform reference and background checks
- Ensure compliance with applicant tracking system and provide accurate recruitment metrics to Recruitment Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Experience with MS Office is required.
- Previous healthcare, corrections, or agency recruiting experience is a plus.
