In this role you will partner with HR and business leaders to drive staffing, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and collaborate on headcount planning while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in staffing and corporate environments.
• Full cycle recruiting knowledge: sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and HR to achieve recruiting goals.
• Guide and assist leaders on staffing processes and policies.
• Work cross-functionally on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
• Translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies and actions.
• Educate hiring teams on recruiting practices and interviewing process.
