Position Overview

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a full-time HR Recruiter for a remote position, responsible for staffing the Revere, MA, and Providence, RI afterschool programs. We value innovation, collaboration, and making a positive impact through our work.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all recruitment aspects for multi-site programs, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
2. Source candidates via online platforms, job fairs, networking, and employee referrals.
3. Screen and coordinate interviews with Area Managers.
4. Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks and references.
5. Conduct new hire orientations covering job responsibilities, benefits, and company culture.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
7. Participate in job fairs and represent the organization professionally.
8. Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Assist with other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Relevant experience may substitute.
2. 1-3 years of recruiting or similar HR experience.
3. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
7. Self-motivated, curious, and independent learner.
8. Basic HR knowledge (performance, compensation) is a plus.
