Responsibilities for Recruiter
  1. End to End Recruitment
  2. Onboarding of new Joiners
  3. Conducting induction and coordination programs
  4. Facilitating manager connect sessions
  5. Managing ID cards, Leave, and Attendance
  6. Handling day-to-day grievances
  7. Documentation and training of new joiners
  8. Employee engagement activities
  9. Maintaining records
  10. Preparing various documents (conversion, offer, relieving, experience letters)

Qualifications for Recruiter
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to establish effective and cooperative relationships based on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with sourcing avenues
