Job summary

Regal Rexnord, Thomson Power Systems, is launching a new Arlington, Texas manufacturing facility and seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist to build and support a growing workforce.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, support onboarding, and drive engagement and culture in a fast-paced startup-like operation within a global company.

You will partner with site leadership, create talent pipelines, and help shape the culture as we scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Organize and support hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, schools, and workforce development partners.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support training coordination, employee development initiatives, and workforce planning efforts.
• Maintain employee and recruiting records within HR systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and workforce trends.
• Create reports and dashboards to support hiring and workforce planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and employee experience.
• Support special projects and site initiatives as the facility continues to grow.
