Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Recruiter / HR Generalist for our Arlington, TX facility to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and support onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will build relationships with site leaders and community partners while helping shape a high-performing culture at a growing operation.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruiter / HR Generalist will lead recruiting efforts while supporting key HR initiatives for the Arlington team. This role will focus on attracting top talent, supporting onboarding, building community partnerships, enhancing employee engagement, and helping leaders create a high-performing workforce.
