MedSmart is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles across the Las Vegas valley. You will source, screen, and manage offers while facilitating smooth onboarding, contributing to high-quality staffing for facilities nationwide.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, exceptional organization, and a deep understanding of the healthcare talent market, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience and provide timely updates and feedback.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Provide clerical and operational support to the HR department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize the ATS to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
