The Area Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, monitor development of progression performance over a specified region, assuring compliance with company standards; ensuring excellent internal and external communication skills to maintain superior support and services. Responsibilities also include working with all levels within a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization. It will be essential that the Area Manager supports and integrates Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.Responsibilities:Communicates in a professional manner and provides excellent service to clients and employees.Provide high level of customer service and account management to stores in an assigned district, taking all action necessary to ensure completion of required work, according to contract scope, company policy and direction of District Manager.Ensures that quality work is being performed at all levels in all stores within their scope.Effectively manage and train work crews assigned to various locations.Take all actions necessary to keep proper staffing, including but not limited to advertising, training, budgeting, scheduling.Moves equipment and helps complete projects as needed.Coordinates and tracks work flow, schedules, and projects.Maintain labor budget, quality standards, and customer quality standards for account retention.Regularly inspect assigned accounts and creates checkpoints using eHub with meaningful information and pictures to support the data included.Ensure that all needed supplies and necessary equipment are available and in working condition for assigned store locations.Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and proper usage of equipment and materials.Assist when necessary in the completion of daily cleaning duties; fill in as necessary when short handed.Obtains Employee ID Number prior to a new employee starting. Oversee the completion and timely submission of all new hire employee paperwork (and compliance required documents), including an accurate I9 form.Knowledgeable in the Company’s policies.
