A recruiting firm in Sioux Falls is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance and tremendous earning potential with no commission cap. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The role involves building relationships with clients and candidates while actively sourcing new opportunities, making cold calls, and conducting candidate evaluations. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
