Eastern Staffing Group is seeking a Permanent Healthcare Recruiter for a fully remote role in the United States. You will recruit healthcare professionals for permanent placements, build pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Ideal candidates have previous healthcare staffing agency experience, a proven track record in direct-hire placements, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently from home while delivering results.

Previous healthcare staffing agency experience is required

We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing company looking for an experienced Permanent Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated recruiter who understands agency staffing and knows how to build relationships, develop candidate pipelines, and successfully close permanent placements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunities
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment and placement process
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and referral sources
• Partner closely with the sales/account management team on active searches
