Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking a GTM Recruiter to partner with our Sales and Operations teams in a high-impact, hybrid role. This contract position requires 3 days in the office weekly and focuses on building diverse pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical settings and a proven ability to use data to influence leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
• Proven success hiring for GTM, sales, ops, and/or AI/ML talent.
• Strong ability to use data and insights to influence leaders and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information.
• Skilled in negotiation and market positioning, with up-to-date knowledge of technical talent markets.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, including Director+ level partnership.

As Scale expands, our Recruiting team plays a critical role in meeting ambitious hiring goals. We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to partner with our Sales and Operations teams. Location

• This a hybrid role is based in our San Francisco office (3 days per week in office)

*This is a Contract role, the pay target for this position is $75 per hour. This position is tied to our San Francisco office and requires coming into the office 3 times a week. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
