Job summary

Devereux is seeking a recruiting professional to develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for behavioral health roles. You will manage the recruitment process from candidate identification to phone screening and recommendations, ensuring a strong pipeline.

You will collaborate with the Senior People Operations Generalist to meet staffing needs across multiple sites nationwide, while leveraging ATS, social recruiting, and referrals to fill roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated sourcing techniques including social recruiting, referrals, and direct recruiting.
