Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Berwyn, PA to manage high-volume recruiting across programs. You will create requisitions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while developing proactive sourcing strategies and college partnerships.

You will also recruit Independent Contractors to fill essential roles. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR and at least two years of recruiting experience, plus a valid driver’s license and a commitment to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least two (2) years recruiting experience required, preferably in a Human Services setting.
Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Create and manage requisitions and applicants through iCIMS.
Screen applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review.
Conduct phone-screens and coordinate interviews (also participate if necessary).
Creatively source for open positions and develop proactive recruiting techniques.
Establish relationships with local colleges and attend job fairs.
Source and hire Independent Contractors.
