Outsource in Omaha, NE seeks motivated individuals eager to start a career in recruiting, sales and account management. You will identify candidates, conduct outreach, screen applicants, and coordinate onboarding and documentation.

The position offers uncapped commissions with on-target earnings of about $53,000 to $63,000 annually, plus competitive benefits, training and mentorship in a collaborative, growth‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree, military experience, or a combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the company's database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.
• Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future employment opportunities.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
• Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
