• 0-1 Years of Exp in IT Staffing
• Strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
• Strong in understanding technology
• Past experience in technical screening
• Excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, Linked-in, etc.
• Good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools (plus)
