Job summary

I.T. Excel LLC, based in Reston, VA, seeks experienced and fresh technical recruiters for our Reston office. This is a full-time role with a competitive starting salary and an industry-leading commission plan.

You will conduct heavy internet recruiting, screen resumes, coordinate with Account Managers, negotiate rates with vendors, schedule interviews, and present offers. A Masters or Bachelors degree is required, with strong English skills; IT recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors Degree from a reputed College/ University.
• Excellent command on English Language (Written and Verbal).
• 1-2 years experience recruiting or Marketing Candidates.
• Experience placing IT candidates for Telecom, Insurance, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical IT I.T. contractors is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Heavy internet sales and recruiting, using Dice, Net-temps, Hotjobs, Monster, CareerBuilders etc..
• Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
• Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Account Managers
• Negotiating rates with prospective vendors
• Coordinating interviews and presenting offers
• Data entry work, downloading resumes into our resume database.
