Lithia Home Office is seeking a DART Recruiter to join a hybrid program in New Jersey. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and help drive our talent strategy.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel. You will attend events, report progress weekly, and collaborate with teams across markets. Bachelor's or associate degree in Business/Organizational Leadership preferred. Competitive benefits are provided.
