Job summary

Lithia Home Office is seeking a DART Recruiter in Minnesota for a hybrid, full-time role. You will develop partnerships with recruiting managers, screen candidates for fit, and align efforts with hiring goals to support Lithia's Growth Powered by People.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver's license, with travel as needed and in-office work when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

Locations: We are looking for DART Recruiters located in the following markets: Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, Florida
