Lithia & Driveway – Suburban Mazda of Troy is offering an Operations Development Program in Troy, MI. This full‑time role runs Monday to Saturday, 8–5, onsite, with a starting salary of $60,000 during a 3‑month training period.

After training, there are bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance, aligned with skills and location. You will support multiple dealership departments—Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more—developing real‑world skills while driving operational

Total Rewards

The full salary range for this position begins at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance. This is based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
