Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Greensboro, NC to help attract and place qualified candidates for a variety of roles. The position emphasizes creative recruiting, community engagement, and strong candidate interviewing skills.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, the ability to manage multiple customers daily, and fluency in Spanish and English. A monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are offered for full-time colleagues.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
