Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Cheektowaga, NY to help attract and place great candidates for multiple roles. You will collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative talent strategies and use marketing to differentiate our postings and community presence.

You will interview, assess, and place candidates, building a pipeline to support order fulfillment. Tasks include drug screens, background checks, and I-9 processing to move hires forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders and internal teams.
• Leadership exposure/experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Market postings, social media, and community engagement to stand out.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work

• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $62,353.20. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
