Job summary

PERSOL India is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across Manufacturing, Engineering and Software/IT sectors. The role emphasizes sourcing through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, social media and talent communities, with a focus on building strong client relationships.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing, maintain healthy candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery aligned with client needs, while also contributing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Handle hiring mandates across Manufacturing, Engineering, Software/IT, with the flexibility to work across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless stakeholder management.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms beyond Naukri, including LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to Business Development activities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
