Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including phone calls, networking, and online platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening:
Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback and recommendations to clients.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintain clear communication with both parties throughout the recruitment cycle.
Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates till joining and clients to ensure engagement and address any concerns. Track progress and keep all stakeholders informed.
MIS Management:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate details, interview schedules, feedback, and outcomes. Prepare and share regular reports with management.
Qualifications:
Experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in candidate sourcing and screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with using recruitment tools and maintaining MIS and ATS
