Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to source, interview, and move skilled trades talent through an urgent interview process for remote client accounts. The role emphasizes strong sourcing, hunter mentality, and sharp organizational skills to handle high-demand requests.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines via boards, referrals, and social media, and collaborate with account managers to tailor recruitment solutions while maintaining candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles.
• Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
• MSP/VMS experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, skilled trades accounts. We’re looking for someone who is an incredibly strong sourcer, one who can identify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgency. One who has excellent communication and organizational skills, can stay on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced role, and one who can adjust to new demands and direction throughout the work week with ease.

• Location: Remote
• Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
