Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting for skilled trades within the construction sector, requiring at least 2 years of dedicated experience in this area.

The position offers a competitive base salary with monthly incentives and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• MSP/VMS experience a plus
• Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team!

This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).

• Location:Tampa, FL
• Salary Range:$50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Incentive:$2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours:40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
