Superior Skilled Trades in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team. This high-volume role focuses on recruiting skilled trades for construction projects, requiring 2+ years of dedicated recruiting in this field.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, build pipelines through job boards and referrals, and partner with account managers to meet client staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experiencedSkilled Trades / Construction Recruiterto join our team!

This role is high-volume recruitingspecificto skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles(we arenotconsidering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).

• Location:Memphis, TN
• Salary Range:$50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Incentive:$2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours:40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
• Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
