Calculated Hire, part of Eight Eleven Group, seeks a Recruiter in Chicago to connect professionals with opportunities and support clients with strategic workforce solutions. You’ll build relationships, collaborate with sales, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and contribute to recurring talent placements while advancing your recruiting career.

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges.
