Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. You will partner with the sales team, source and screen candidates, and manage the interview process to deliver outstanding talent solutions.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, build relationships, and coach candidates through interview and offer negotiations. Competitive base plus uncapped commission powers your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.
