Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top professionals with opportunities in technology and engineering. You will collaborate with the sales team, source and interview candidates, coach applicants, and drive placement success across fast-paced engagements in Jacksonville, FL.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, and push for onboarding and ongoing support for consultants, all within a promote-from-within culture and industry-leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals
