Job summary

ABEC is seeking a Recruiter to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for manufacturing and skilled labor roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate processes, and help represent ABEC at career fairs and community events. A strong emphasis on communication and relationship-building is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting/HR, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS, and best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, referrals, events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain pipeline.
• Represent ABEC at career fairs and community events.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve candidate experience.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEO standards.
