Job summary

ABEC is seeking a proactive Facilities & Safety Coordinator to support facility operations and champion workplace safety across our Kansas manufacturing site. This role suits problem-solvers who enjoy coordinating projects and driving improvements while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will lead maintenance activities, safety programs, and incident investigations, ensuring OSHA compliance and effective records management. A strong applicant brings experience in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in facilities, maintenance, safety, manufacturing, or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
