Job summary

ABEC is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our Bethlehem, PA team. This 20-hours-per-week role blends remote work with occasional onsite visits to our Bethlehem facility.

You will partner with managers, source candidates, and manage interviews for manufacturing and skilled roles, delivering a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates have HR or recruiting background, strong communication, and the ability manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruiting best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline for manufacturing, skilled labor, or other roles as assigned.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide timely, professional communication.
• Represent ABEC at career fairs, workforce events, and community programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance the candidate experience.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and EEO standards.
