Job summary

BCforward in Columbus, OH is seeking a Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting, ATS utilization, and corporate recruiting experience to source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates throughout the end-to-end hiring process. This onsite role requires 5 days in the Columbus office, standard hours from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., for an initial 6-month duration with potential extension or conversion. You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, and

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Columbus, OH

Work Arrangement & Schedule: Onsite requirement. 5 days in office in Columbus, OH. Standard business hours. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
