Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate experience, qualifications, and fit.
• Participate in client intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Prepare compelling candidate submissions and present via ttg OPT.
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in ttg systems.
• Build pipelines for current and anticipated client needs.
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the process.
