The role involves recruiting, account management, client support by phone, email, and in-person interactions, onboarding, training, and proactive business development through outbound calls and site visits.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, recruitment, or related field.
Valid driver's license and own transportation for off-site visits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Ability to build rapport with employees and clients.
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service.
Highly responsible and self-motivated.
Must submit to pre-employment screenings.

Provide client support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
