Job summary

Staffing Service USA in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Experienced Recruiter/Account Specialist to recruit, interview, onboard, and train employees while delivering excellent client service.

This role involves outbound business development, on-site visits, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and applying our culture and policies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management, recruitment, or sales support, plus strong communication and a self-motivated work ethic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, recruitment, or related industry
• Valid driver's license and own transportation for off site visits
• Preferred knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must submit to a series of pre employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone calls, emails, and face to face interactions
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for effective employee recruitment
• Onboard and train new employees through customized training and onboarding orientations
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
