Fastaff Travel Nursing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to match clinicians with facilities in need, helping patients and communities. You’ll build relationships, place clinicians, and grow your book of business in a supportive, goal‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and autonomous.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Familiar with MS Office, CRM/ATS and multiple digital platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+

Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
