Ingenovis Health is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter who thrives on building relationships with clinicians and facilities. You will interview, screen, and guide candidates toward roles that fit their goals while managing a robust pipeline with minimal non-value work.

The role emphasizes autonomy, fast-paced execution, and continuous improvement, with a fully remote culture and strong compensation potential through uncapped commissions. Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check must be passed.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit more, manage less — build relationships, make placements, and grow your book of business with back-end support.
• Deliver standout experiences by providing top-tier service that turns first placements into long-term partnerships.
• Build strong relationships by connecting with clinicians through calls, texts, social channels, job boards, and referrals.
• Be a trusted advisor — interview, screen, and guide clinicians toward roles aligned with their goals.
• Own your business — build and manage a candidate pipeline from start to finish.
• Drive results — bring grit, resilience, and a competitive edge to exceed monthly goals.
• Champion retention — maintain lasting clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+

Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
