Ingenovis Health is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to match clinicians with facilities in need, helping to strengthen patient care across communities.

You’ll build a robust candidate network, guide professionals to roles aligned with their goals, and own end-to-end recruitment with strong support structures in place.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check.
• At least 2 years in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated in an autonomous role.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM/ATS and multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit more, manage less with dedicated compliance, onboarding, and payroll support.
• Deliver standout experiences to turn placements into long-term partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals via calls, texts, social, job boards and referrals.
• Be a trusted advisor—interview, screen, and guide clinicians toward aligned roles.
• Own your business by building and managing a candidate pipeline from start to finish.
• Drive results with grit, resilience, and a competitive edge to exceed monthly goals.
• Champion retention by maintaining lasting clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+

Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
