Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at Vetcove
• You’ll be the engine driving our recruiting and sourcing strategy — from uncovering hard-to-find candidates to guiding them through the process and ensuring a world-class candidate experience
• In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership, the cofounders, and hiring managers to build an effective and scalable hiring pipeline
• You’ll lead sourcing initiatives, refine recruiting processes, and mentor a small but mighty team focused on filling our most critical roles
• Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms)
• Champion the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market
