Qualifications

Responsibilities

• - Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, reviewing, selection to close) for casino operational and administrative roles, primarily front-line and lead positions.
• - Cold contact and source candidates through Snag, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools and platforms.
• - Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants, identifying top performers and assessing culture fit for the organization.
• - Serve as the internal staffing expert by building effective relationships throughout the casino hotel resort.
• - Manage, track, and follow up on all pre-hire processes, including reference checks, drug screens, criminal and MVR checks, and credit checks.
• - Extend initial offers to candidates and launch the PAF (Personnel Action Form).
• - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) with accurate candidate records.
• - Develop recruiting marketing materials and promote open positions across social channels.
• - Participate in recruitment networking events and job fairs in support of Monarch's business objectives.
• - Support New Hire Orientation and assist Wardrobe as needed.
• - Provide translation and bilingual communication support for Spanish-speaking candidates and Team Members throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• - Partner with the greater Human Resources team to ensure an excellent candidate interview and onboarding experience.
• - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• - 3+ years of prior recruiting experience in an indirect or direct recruiter role, preferably in hospitality.
• - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, strongly preferred.
• - HR Generalist experience is a plus, supporting broader HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy administration.
• - Knowledge of Workday applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• - Strong Microsoft Office experience.
• - Strong focus on delivering results while managing and prioritizing multiple projects and candidates.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• - Ability to work independently and effectively on a broad variety of recruitment projects.
• - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• - Keen observation of the interview and selection process, identifying top performers and determining culture fit.
• - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels, both in writing and orally.
• - Proven ability to recruit effectively for non-exempt and exempt level positions.
• - Ability to obtain a Colorado gaming license.
• - Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use; frequent walking throughout the property to meet with candidates and hiring managers; and occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
